Apartment Rental Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

  • •These terms and conditions govern the rental of apartments at Apartamenty Słoneczna located in Tylicz at Słoneczna 3.
  • •Acceptance of these terms occurs upon making a reservation.
  • •The landlord undertakes to provide an apartment in a condition suitable for use in accordance with its intended purpose.

§ 2. Reservation

  • •Reservations can be made by phone (+48 512 181 489) or through booking platforms.
  • •Reservation requires: full name, phone number, arrival and departure dates, and number of guests.
  • •Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay value or confirmation through a booking platform.
  • •Deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking. Failure to pay will result in cancellation.

§ 3. Payments

  • •Payment for the stay can be made by bank transfer or Blik.
  • •The remaining amount (70%) must be settled no later than check-in day.
  • •In case of shortened stay, no refund is provided for unused days.

§ 4. Check-in and Check-out

  • •Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
  • •Check-out time: until 10:00 AM
  • •Early check-in or late check-out possible upon prior arrangement (subject to availability).
  • •ID document required upon check-in.
  • •Please notify in advance in case of delayed arrival.

§ 5. Use of Apartment

  • •Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • •Smoking is prohibited inside apartments (smoking allowed in the area designated by the landlord).
  • •Pets are accepted only with prior agreement with the landlord. Pet stay is subject to an additional fee.
  • •Maximum number of guests cannot exceed the capacity specified for each apartment.
  • •Organizing parties and events is prohibited.

§ 6. Liability

  • •Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of apartment equipment caused by their fault.
  • •In case of damage, the landlord has the right to charge the guest for repair costs or purchase of new equipment.
  • •The landlord is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment.
  • •Lost key fee: 200 PLN.

§ 7. Cancellation

  • •Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival - 50% deposit refund.
  • •Cancellation 14 days before arrival - no deposit refund.
  • •No refund for unused stay after check-in.

§ 8. Parking

  • •Free parking available on premises for guests.
  • •Parking spaces assigned on first-come, first-served basis.
  • •The landlord is not responsible for vehicles and items left inside.

§ 9. Personal Data

  • •Data controller is the owner of Apartamenty Słoneczna.
  • •Personal data is processed solely for rental service purposes and in accordance with legal requirements.
  • •Guest data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

§ 10. Final Provisions

  • •The landlord reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
  • •Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Civil Code.
  • •Any disputes will be resolved by the court appropriate for the landlord's registered office.

Fireplace Usage Regulations

Please strictly observe the following rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:

1. Notification Requirement

Use of the fireplace is permitted only after prior notification and obtaining consent from the Landlord (Owner/Manager of the property). Failure to notify is equivalent to a prohibition on using the fireplace.

2. Liability

The guest using the fireplace bears full responsibility for any personal injury and property damage (including property destruction, fires, etc.) arising from or in connection with the use of the fireplace.

3. Risk Transfer

All issues, claims, or problems, including financial penalties imposed by relevant authorities, resulting from improper, illegal, or non-compliant use of the fireplace, will be transferred to and burden the Landlord directly, who then has the right of recourse against the Guest who committed the violation.

4. Safety Rules

The fireplace may only be used in the designated location. Special caution and constant supervision of the fire must be maintained. Burning garbage, chemical waste, or materials other than clean firewood intended for burning is strictly prohibited.

5. End of Use

After finishing burning, the fire must be completely and safely extinguished (e.g., with water or sand).

Ski Equipment Storage Regulations

I. General Provisions

  • •1. The storage facility is intended for the safe storage of skiing and snowboarding equipment.
  • •2. Use of the storage facility constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
  • •3. Equipment is stored at the User's risk. The owner is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of equipment.

II. Rules for Using the Storage Facility

  • •1. Only authorized persons and Users with a key have access to the storage facility.
  • •2. Smoking, consuming meals and alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the storage facility.
  • •3. Cleanliness and order must be maintained.
  • •4. After taking equipment, the space must be left empty and clean.

III. Use of Boot Dryers

  • •1. The storage facility is equipped with special dryers for ski/snowboard boots.
  • •2. Drying anything other than ski/snowboard boots (e.g., gloves, hats, clothing) on the dryers is prohibited.
  • •3. Any damage to the dryer must be immediately reported to the staff.

IV. Liability

  • •1. The User bears full material responsibility for damages caused in the storage facility (e.g., damage to lockers, dryers, racks) resulting from improper use.

V. Final Provisions

  • •1. In situations not covered by these regulations, the decision of the property owner applies.
